Financial Options
Insurance may cover some aspects of dental treatment, but it rarely covers everything. Once you decide to have treatment, let us help you decide the best method of payment as well.
Option #1: Cash or Check
A 5% discount is given for prepayment in full -- that is, payment by cash or check on the day treatment is started. If you have insurance, you’d have to pay your balance in-full and be reimbursed by your insurer. The 5% discount applies to services that total over $850.00.
Senior citizens automatically receive a 5% discount on services.
No discounts are available for cosmetic dentistry.
Option #2: Insurance Assignment
Insurance assignments are accepted if our office files your claim and your benefit has been pre-authorized. Your estimated portion is due at the time services are rendered. If your treatment is spread over several visits, you may pay half at the first appointment and half at the final appointment. If you have double insurance coverage, or a flex reimbursement plan, you must pay what the secondary or flex plan will cover and be reimbursed by your company. We will only accept assignment from primary companies.
This option is not available for cosmetic dentistry.
Option #3: Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Option #4: Financing
Immediate access of up to $25,000 credit with a flexible payment plan is available through several financing companies we work with. Should you be interested in this option, we will give you a brochure and walk you through the details.
Please note that if you choose this option, no other discounts apply.
